Allium edible flowers have a floral fragrance, and a strong, distinct onion flavor. Thin, 1 ½"-2” sprigs can be used to garnish small bite-size canapés, sushi, side salads, and molecular gastronomy plates. Available early/mid May - late May, for 2 weeks. Refrigerates 10-14 days.
