Use to garnish platters, cocktails, cheesy omelettes, sandwiches, sushi, salads, rice and meat dishes, cakes, tarts and ice cream. Fits nicely in a champagne flute and looks exquisite. Each 1¾”-2 ¼” flower has five petals you can detach and use individually to garnish small bite-size canapés, sushi, side salads, petit fours, ice cream, molecular gastronomy plates and tiny cakes. For an outstanding confection, crystallize (preserve) petals in sugar. Petal size ½”-¾”. Available early/mid May - mid/late May, for 2 weeks. Refrigerates 6-10 days.
