How/When Should I Order My Edible Flowers?
Place your order directly on this website. We accept all major credit cards, etransfers, and we accept Cash On Delivery for local Ottawa orders. Sorry no phone-ins.
Fresh: Place your order the week of intended use*. Select your desired delivery day (Tues Thurs or Fri) at the online checkout. If you're not sure what exactly to choose or if you have a specific colour scheme in mind you can order the Weekly Mix products and add a note how you intend to use them and we'll be sure to gear your order accordingly.
*Inventory is updated each week. We don't estimate specific inventory quantities further out than a week so please check in often.
Crystallized: You can place your order well in advance of your event as crystallized edible flowers can last up to a year. They are available year round. Selection is best mid-May to October as they're our production months.
Delivery Costs and Times
Ottawa local region: Tues Thurs Fri afternoon delivery 1-5:30 pm $15.00. Free on orders over $45.
You can specify your desired delivery day of the current week in online Checkout.
Earliest deliveries start in West end of town and finish in East end. You'll be notified by email on delivery day - around noon - the general target timeframe of your afternoon delivery e.g 2:30 - 3:00 pm.
Gatineau deliveries: When placing your order, use the Billing Address for your desired Gatineau delivery address and leave a note in the order /email us indicating you’d like it shipped to the Gatineau address.

How Do I Store My Edible Flowers? How Long Will They Keep?
Fresh: Store in fridge until ready to use. If your edible flowers get a little wilty, often they can be restored by simply soaking them in cool water for 15-30 minutes then air-drying them for 15 minutes. Fresh edible flowers generally last 3-5 days in fridge. Pansies and violets can be stored packed in water for longer, about a week.
Crystallized: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. They can keep for up to 12 months. Humidity can render crystallized flowers limp and difficult to handle, but air conditioning will restore crispness. Flower colours will fade over time.

What Are Crystallized Edible Flowers?
Crystallized edible flowers are real flowers preserved with sugar. Used as a delightfully pretty, crispy, sweet garnish, they can be stored up to 12 months. They are very fragile; many are very flavourful. Our crystallized edible flowers and leaves come in a wide variety of sizes ¾” - 4”, are vegan friendly and gluten-free.
