How/When Should I Order My Edible Flowers?
Place your order directly on this website! We accept all major credit cards, etransfers, and we accept Cash On Delivery for local Ottawa orders. Sorry no phone-ins.
Place your fresh edible flower order the week of your planned event. We update our fresh edible flower inventory every Monday morning from May to October. You can specify which day of the week you’d like your delivery on while placing your order.
You can place your crystallized edible flower order well in advance of your event as they can last up to a year. Our crystallized edible flowers are available year round. Selection is best from mid-May to October as they're our production months.
Delivery Costs and Times
Ottawa-area: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for fresh and crystallized edible flowers. You can indicate the day of the current week while placing your order. If you're from out of town e.g Carleton Place, Gatineau, we can arrange to meet you at a designated time and drop off point in Stittsville, Portage Bridge etc. Cost: $15.00 on orders under $45.00. Free on orders over $45.00 Sorry no pickups.
Remainder of Ontario and Canada, fresh edible flowers: orders placed from the weekend to Wednesday before 7 pm are guaranteed delivered by end of day in 3 business days. Cost: $60.00.
Remainder of Ontario and Canada, US, International, crystallized flowers:
Ontario - Standard 5-7 days $15.00; Expedited 3 days $25.00 CAD
Rest of Canada - Standard 5-7 days $15.00; Expedited 3 days $35.00 CAD
USA and Mexico - Expect 1-2 week delivery time. $20.00 CAD
International - Expect 1-2 week delivery time. $20.00 CAD
How Do I Store My Edible Flowers? How Long Will They Keep?
For fresh edible flowers, keep refrigerated. Most edible flowers will keep between 3 – 5 days refrigerated; some like begonias are more tender are best used within 24-36 hours; others like allium can keep up to 2 weeks. Please see individual product descriptions for specific perishability range.
For crystallized edible flowers, store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. They can keep for up to 12 months. Humidity can render crystallized flowers limp and difficult to handle, but air conditioning will restore crispness. Flower colours will fade over time.

What Are Crystallized Edible Flowers?
Crystallized edible flowers are real flowers preserved with sugar. Used as a delightfully pretty, crispy, sweet garnish, they can be stored up to 12 months. They are very fragile; many are very flavourful. Our crystallized edible flowers and leaves come in a wide variety of sizes - ¾” - 4” - , are vegan friendly and gluten-free.
