Cheerfully coloured and mild-tasting, ¾”- 1½” forsythia edible flowers will brighten up any bite-size canapé, cocktail, sushi, salad, sandwich, cheesy omelette, rice and meat dish, molecular gastronomy plate, cake, petit four, tart and ice cream. Available late April/early May to mid May, for 2 weeks. Refrigerates 3-7 days depending on package size.
