Chive blossom edible flowers have a mild floral fragrance and intense garlic flavour. Use to garnish platters, cheesy omelettes, sandwiches, salads, rice and meat dishes. Each 1¼”-1¾” sized flower has 24-36 flowerets - ½”-¾” - you can detach and use individually to garnish bite-size canapés/amuse bouche, sushi, side salads and molecular gastronomy plates.
