Use geraniums to garnish bite sized canapes, amuse-bouche, petit fours, ice cream, molecular gastronomy, salad, with cheese, in chilled savory dishes, sushi, platters, cocktails, cheesy omelettes, sandwiches, gazpacho, smoked salmon, cheesecakes ,meat and rice dishes, gin & tonics, centerpeices, oversized coctails, cupcakes, and sparkling wine. Works in a champagne flute. Detach petals for micro garnishing. Available early May to early October. Refrigerates 3 days.
