Use violet edible flowers to garnish bite-size canapés/amuse bouche, cocktails, sushi, salads, sandwiches, cheesy omelettes, rice and meat dishes, molecular gastronomy plates, cakes, petit fours, tarts and ice cream. Measures 1¼”-2" l x ¾" - 1" w. Makes an outstanding crystallized -preserved in sugar- confection. Available early/mid May - late August/early Sept, for 16 weeks. Refrigerates 5 days.
