Marigold leaves are fern-shaped and taste both floral and citrusy at the same time. Our marigold leaves are 2"-3" long. Use edible marigold leaves for bite sized canapes / amuse-bouche, sushi, side salads, petit fours, ice cream, molecular gastronomy plates, cocktails, tiny cakes, chilled savory dishes, garnish platters, sandwiches, gazpacho, smoked salmon, meat and rice dishes. Makes an outstanding crystallized -preserved in sugar- confection. Available mid May to October, for 16 weeks. Refrigerates 5 days.
