Small marigold edible flowers are very fragrant and mild tasting. Use whole marigold edible flowers as a centerpiece on a cake or platter, or as a garnish for an oversized cocktail glass. Makes a fabulous, fragrant sangria. Each pompom-shaped, 1½”-3” flower has dozens of petals you can detach and use individually to garnish bite-size canapés/amuse bouche, sushi, side salads, petit fours, ice cream, molecular gastronomy plates and tiny cakes. Petal size 1½”-2". Available mid May - early October. Refrigerates 14 days.
