Small marigold edible flowers are very fragrant and mild tasting. Use whole marigold edible flowers as a centerpiece on a cake or platter, or as a garnish for an oversized cocktail glass. Makes a fabulous, fragrant sangria. Each pompom-shaped, 1½”-3” flower has dozens of petals you can detach and use individually to garnish coconut cake, canapés/amuse bouche, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, sushi, side salads, petit fours, rhubarb pie, ice cream, trifle, micro plates and tiny cakes.
