Use ¾"-1¼ " pansy edible flower petals to garnish bite sized canapes, amuse-bouches, petit fours, ice cream, molecular gastronomy plates, cheese, chilled savory dishes, sushi, tarts, smoked salmon, cheesecakes, meat and rice dishes, cupcakes. Please note some flowers in this mix may be absent or substituted. Available mid/late May - late August/early Sept, for 16 weeks. Refrigerates 6 days.
