Phlox edible flowers have a sweet floral fragrance, and mild flavour. Use phlox to garnish platters, cocktails, cheesy omelettes, sandwiches, sushi, salads, rice and meat dishes, cakes, tarts, ice cream, small bite-size canapés/amuse bouche, side salads, petit fours, and tiny cakes. One inch long x ¾” - 1 ¼” wide. Available mid August - mid September, for 4 weeks. Refrigerates 3-5 days.
