Use these large 2"-2½”, heart-shaped rose petals to wrap bite-size canapés or sushi, or to decorate cocktails, platters, cheesy omelettes, sandwiches, salads, trifle, rhubarb pie, rice and meat dishes, cakes, tarts and ice cream. Crystallize-preserve-them in sugar and let them dry in egg carton cells to form a sensational, cup-shaped treat. Great for cake decoration. Available in June for 3 weeks. Refrigerates 5-7 days.
