Use violet edible flowers to garnish bite-size canapés/amuse bouche, cocktails, sushi, salads, sandwiches, cheesy omelettes, rice and meat dishes, molecular gastronomy plates, cakes, petit fours, tarts and ice cream. Measures 1¼”-2". Makes an outstanding crystallized -preserved in sugar- confection. Available mid May - early June, for 3 weeks. Refrigerates 3-5 days.
