Use whole dianthus edible flowers to garnish coconut cake, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, platters, cocktails, cheesy omelettes, sandwiches, sushi, salads, rice and meat dishes, cakes, rhubarb pie, tarts, trifle and ice cream. Each 1¼”-2" flower has five petals to detach and use individually for garnishing bite-size canapés, sushi, side salads, petit fours, ice cream, micro plates and tiny cakes.
