Viburnum edible flowers have an intoxicating floral fragrance and mildly sweet flavour. Use springtime viburnum edible flowers to garnish bite-size petit fours, ice cream, molecular gastronomy dessert plates and tiny cakes, or serve with liqueurs. Makes an outstanding crystallized-preserved in sugar- confection. Also makes a heavenly flavoured sugar. Measures ¾”- 1¼”. Available early/mid May - early June for 3 weeks. Refrigerates 5 days.
