Use violet edible flowers to garnish bite-size canapés/amuse bouche, cocktails, sushi, salads, sandwiches, cheesy omelettes, rice and meat dishes, molecular gastronomy plates, cakes, petit fours, tarts and ice cream. Measures 1¼”-2" l x ¾” - 1 ¼” w. Makes an outstanding crystallized -preserved in sugar- confection. Available mid/late May - late August, for 14 weeks. Refrigerates 5-6 days.
