Crystallized geranium leaves have a mild citrus flavour. Leaf sizes range 1"- 4". To decorate and garnish cakes, cookies, cookies, centerpeices, cheesecakes, cookies, chocolates, cocktails, cupcakes, cookies, gin & tonics, ice cream, liqueurs, oversized coctail, petit fours, tarts. Fragile. Crispy like potato chips/crisps. Store in low humidity, away from direct sunlight. Humidity will turn crystallized flowers limp and difficult to handle. Air conditioning will restore crispness.
