Crystallized sweet cicely leaves have a mild licorice flavour. Leaf sizes range 1" - 2". To decorate and garnish cakes, cookies, cheesecakes, chocolates, cocktails, cupcakes, gin & tonics, ice cream, liqueurs, molecular gastronomy, oversized coctails, petit fours, sangria, tarts. Fragile. Crispy like potato chips/crisps. Store in low humidity, away from direct sunlight. Humidity will turn crystallized flowers limp and difficult to handle. Air conditioning will restore crispness.
