Crystallized marigold flowes taste intensely citrusy and somewhat floral. Highly reccommended. Flower sizes range ¾" - 1¾". To decorate and garnish cakes, cookies, cheesecakes, chocolates, cupcakes, ice cream, liqueurs, molecular gastronomy, petit fours, tarts. Fragile. Crispy like potato chips/crisps. Store in low humidity, away from direct sunlight. Humidity will turn crystallized flowers limp and difficult to handle. Air conditioning will restore crispness.
