Crystallized pansies have a mild wintergreen flavour. Flower sizes range 1¼"- 3". To decorate and garnish cakes, cookies, cheesecakes, chocolates, cocktails, cupcakes, ice cream, oversized coctail, tarts. Fragile. Crispy like potato chips/crisps. Store in low humidity, away from direct sunlight. Humidity will turn crystallized flowers limp and difficult to handle. Air conditioning will restore crispness.
