Crystallized johnny jump up flowers have a mild wintergreen flavour and delightful appearance. Flower sizes range ½" - 1½". To decorate and garnish cakes, cookies, cheesecakes, chocolates, cupcakes, cookies, ice cream, liqueurs, molecular gastronomy, petit fours, tarts. Fragile. Crispy like potato chips/crisps. Store in low humidity, away from direct sunlight. Humidity will turn crystallized flowers limp and difficult to handle. Air conditioning will restore crispness.
